At the southern end of the coast, the dramatic volcanic crags of the Glass House Mountains create a region that's ideal for scenic drives, bushwalking and adventure rock climbing. A short stroll from Noosa's fashionable Hastings Street you'll find the sublime Noosa National Park , one of Queensland 's few coastal national parks.

Further north, the Cooloola section of the Great Sandy National Park is a must. Discover the Coloured Sands, Double Island Point Lighthouse and the amazing Carlo Sand Blow.

The Sunshine Coast is the gateway to World Heritage listed Fraser Island which is just a 10 minute barge ride from Inskip Point. The world's largest sand island is a paradise of crystal clear lakes with white sandy bottoms and pristine rainforests to wetlands.
